In the English Premier League last week of the season we have Manchester City side who will be going into the week with an absolute great chance of cinching their first Premier League title since 1955 and they have their fate in their own hands, if they can win againt QPR by any margin they will go onto to win the title regardless what happens in the other game where Manchester United will be taking on Sunderland in what will be a great game and end to the season.

Manchester City will be looking to go all out against QPR who needs a point to make sure they will be save for another year in Premier League and that makes it a great game to watch as both the teams need the win for different reasons. If we look at the past 5 games of Manchester City, they have been great, conceded just 1 goal in the past 5 matches and scored 15 goals with 5 wins out of five and that helped them back in the title race, infect put them in the driving seat to win the title here, if they can make it 6 wins out of 6 they will be Champions.
